I was here for 3 nights and ate at à la carte restaurant for dinner. I truly enjoyed the location in a nice setting close to the main area. Moreover, it's just off the waterfront as well as a ‘ train' which links the four receptions.

The room was luxurious yet affordable, and it had a lovely ocean view with excellent services including complimentary Wi-Fi.

The best thing was the pools, big, clean, with a bar inside so you didn't have to leave the pool if you wanted to drink something. The beach was also nice, but we had a bad season because there was a lot of seaweed, we went for two weeks and we could only enjoy a part of the beach for three days, then the seaweed took over the whole beach, it was not so nice. Afterwards the restaurants were also good in their majority, there were for all the tastes, the only one that "disappointed" me was the Italian, we waited one hour to enter and one hour for the food so that later they brought us a super small plate.

The hotel was excellent, you could use 3 of the 4 lobbies that were there, the other one was exclusive, but that was good, the problem was with the service and attention from the employees. The room cleaning service, minibar service and some of the employees' attitudes, honestly, very bad! In the first instance they did not replace any of the amenities that were running out, we called the reception asking for nothing, I even had to leave them a handwritten note asking them to please replace everything that was missing and that was not even enough, they threw the paper away and left everything without replacement, we had to go directly to the reception to bring us the things that were never replaced. Secondly, there were days when they did not remove the dirty towels, but they did replace them and left us clean, and other days when they took the dirty ones and only replaced one, totally illogical. Thirdly, the Hotel has 4 lobbies, of which only one was exclusive, the others could be used by all the guests. Being such a big hotel, there were carts that took you to the rooms and to those lobbies, in theory there were stops where they stopped, but we realized that most of the drivers, if you were a yankee, would stop you anywhere, the others would pass us by, but well as there were stops that happened, the craziest thing was being in one of the stops and ask if he was going to one of the lobbies and he answered "No, just rooms" and then a yankee, asked him if he was going to the same lobby and said "Yes, get in" total madness!! and lack of respect, we also paid to be there, we deserve the same treatment, unfortunately most of them were like that, we got a few who were very good and if they understood what "quality service" means.

Had an incredible breakfast, a fancy room with a nice view of the ocean...

Excellent staff, very friendly and professional. Treatment and attention from 10. The facilities are fabulous. It is very pleasant to walk from the central lobby where most of the restaurants are located to the room. It is a path surrounded by mangroves and jungle with a very pleasant lighting. If you don't want to walk, you have the option of the trolleys that often pass through the lobby door and leave you in your room. We usually went on foot because it was a very pleasant walk (except during sunny hours). On our walks to the room, we always saw some coati or aguati and tropical birds. It was very nice to wake up to the sound of the birds in the middle of nature. The buffet is extraordinary and very complete, there is everything. Besides all the food, we were surprised by the amount and variety of desserts (all kinds of fruits, cakes and doughnuts!).

Nothing, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. In the Kantenah there are two bars in the pool area, one inside and one outside, and there are always queues. In the bar inside one of the pools there is only one employee, there should be two, like in the other bar. The poor guy couldn't cope with all the people who asked him, but he never lost his smile and kindness and made some really good cocktails, so it was worth the wait.

Happy with the deluxe king room, we choose it often, it’s neat and modern! 💫

The hotel had beautiful grounds and well-kept property. There were plenty of options for dining with good food and a variety of buffet restaurants. The beach was spacious with ample sun beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping with early check-in and late check-out.

Cannot find any fault.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The food options were excellent, with a variety of choices at the buffet and special restaurants. Getting a table at the restaurants was easy, even without reservations. Our room was awesome and conveniently located close to the beach, which we absolutely loved. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Couldn't fault anything.
