While the cocktails were inconsistent, the overall value remains solid. The friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, ensuring we had a delightful stay.

The pools are fantastic, perfect for the kids, and the beach is just gorgeous! We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, each offering something different and delightful.

The variety of pools, including the quiet Zentropia area, allows for both relaxation and activity, making it easy to find the perfect spot to unwind.

the location of the rooms is a real issue, being close to the highway, one would think they'd keep the area quiet. also, cleanliness isn't their strong suit—my the pillows were humid, like really? I expected complimentary upgrades, you know, since I’m such a valued guest. it’s a shame because this could have been a good review.

Just a reliable pick for a city break in Akumal with exceptional value. The staff's attention, especially the waiter who remembered our breakfast orders, made it special.

Had a fantastic time! The beautiful wildlife around the resort was a pleasant surprise, and I loved the variety of buffets available. My only downside was the inconsistent cocktail quality at the bars.
